Just stayed for one night before moving on to Holbox, because one of our party landed late at night. Very smooth and positive experience, we landed very early and they stored our bags all day before check in. Quiet, clean room with good aircon. Simple checkout the next morning.

This place is right next door to a open air concert hall, which make it impossible to sleep on a friday saturday or sunday night. During a 7 night stay, i only had running water on 2 days between two rooms i was moved to. They also tried to give me a downgraded room, and offered no compenstaion. Avoid like the plague

Classy decor

We loved how beautiful, clean and elegant the place was, that it had a full kitchen and everything our family needed. There was a concert on Saturday close by so it was not exactly a quiet night, but that may be typical of being downtown. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Across from the Bull Ring - Loud Music

The hotel is centrically located in town and is very clean and modern. However, we came for business and the hotel is across from the old bull ring and the techno music kept us up until 4 a.m. Next day we told the manager we had to leave because of the noise. We had to get up every day at 7 a.m. to work and it was impossible. Management was very accommodating.

The staff was very helpfull and very pleasant. The place was clean and very nice. The only complaint is,the music across the street was SO VERY LOUD we did not get any sleep. The music finally stopped at 5:30 am...CRAZY!!

Hotel was okay for the price and looked like the picture, however they didn’t have any towels in the room when we checked in and didn’t have any available until next day. The front desk was pretty nice. It’s across from an event center and bars so it’s loud music playing every night way past midnight. Just a little fyi.

The hotel itself wasn’t a bad place to stay at. Clean, friendly staff, nice pool to sit beside. Honestly the worst part was the noise at night. Across the street is a live music venue and clubs and they went from 11pm till 5:30 in the morning! It was so loud we couldn’t sleep. We noticed this on both Friday and Saturday nights. Nice enough hotel but the noise level was terrible.
