"Check in very smooth.Hotel very clean and well maintained.The only inconvenience was the hour of pool time.It was open from 10 and checked out was at 11 so it’s no way you can use when you stay only 1 day .Other then that everything was good The check-in process was seamless. The hotel was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The sole inconvenience was the pool’s operating hours. It was open from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, making it unsuitable for a one-day stay. Apart from this, everything was satisfactory."

"This property is very old and is showing its age. It is unique and convenient to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, museums. Parking is free. The air conditioner is a free standing unit which vents out the window. It is on a busy corner with loud traffic and a train. Bring your ear plugs. They no longer have a restaurant or breakfast. The elevator is very slow. If you do not expect much, it is fine."

"I’ve stayed here 3 times when coming to the area for concerts. The property grounds are exceptional and you must walk around at least once to enjoy the gardens and scenery. The hiking trail makes for a good start to the morning. I’ve never used the pool or spa but they look wonderful. The rooms are perfectly clean and updated. I love and prefer this hotel!!"

"The staff here were very nice and helpful, the beds were comfortable and clean and it was very quiet even though the hotel was pretty full. There room needs obvious repairs; there were holes in the walls and the bathroom has mold and water damage throughout the shower area. You can tell that the hotel used to allow smoking in the rooms as there is a distinct aroma. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well and was easy to use. The bathroom was very nice. The water pressure could have been better though. The price for the room, with fees was expensive. The grounds were beautiful - flowers, mulch, trees, etc."

"Property is beautiful and is well maintained. Plenty to do on site including kayaks, pool, boating and exploring the grounds. Food options were very good although had a bad dinner with slow service at sand Bar. Rooms are well equipped however pocket doors were very heavy, shower head was way too strong and should have soap dispensers above both sinks not just one"
