"Nice place overall but no desk, and the pool was not well taken care of, and the jacuzzi was cold on purpose according to the Hotel staff. They would not warm the jacuzzi up."

"I had 3 issues with this hotel check in was for 3pm i didn’t check in till 6 almost 7pm at check in they don’t tell u the snack bar in the rooms are NOT complementary u will have to pay per item at check out but overall the hotel was nice very clean and in the perfect location 5-7 mins away from everything "

"Breakfast was gross. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel it’s the location is very very nice close to food close to shopping just a good energyand the staff was really nice. They’re under construction some of the rooms don’t have A.C None of the elevators have AC."

"Very friendly staff, and very good daily cleaning of the rooms. I didn't like that my key card kept deactivating though and I had to keep getting it renewed multiple times per day in order to use the lift and access my room"

"First of all they made us wait almost an hour despite reaching there at 3:00 to check in. I got a really lousy room with loud AC noise and asked me to transfer to another room. That did not happen till 12:00 or 1:00 at night. The second room that they shifted me to had stains all over the furniture looked really really dirty and the water in the sink would not go down the train so as soon as you turn on the faucet the whole sink fills up. Filthiest hotel I've stayed in years.

"We did not take breakfast. The Ac kept the room cool. However the noises at night was ridiculous. You could hear persons flushing theirntoilets and dragging stuff very loudly. It was not a restful stay. The rooms were kept clean daily"

"Apartment is old and not up-kept as is shown on the advertising pictures. Rules state no parties or loud noise after 10 pm , I believe. The first night we stayed at this apartment there was a very loud party on the floor above us that lasted until 2 am! So, I’d say, we didn’t enjoy a good night rest that night. Communication from us with the admin and host was not good. Both took too long to address our issues. We left with a bad taste in our mouths due to the mediocre experience ."

"If you find yourself in Tabogo, this is THE place to stay. Arturo and the staff are so great. The hotel is very charming and the food is excellent. There is a room on the top that has its own private pool but it was occupied. Seems like the best room but ours was great and had breakfast right outside door on terrace. "

"Everything was excellent with top notch accommodations. A 5 Star Hotel with a boutique Perisian feel and a wonderful view of the famous Sofitel Casco Viejo Legend Hotel!! The only complaint was the TV in the main living room area didn't have any sound! HOT Water & AC were wonderful! We had a complimentary bottle of wine in our room with complimentary drinks at the bar!!"

"The free shuttle took a little longer than expected, but it was absolutely worth it. The property is conveniently located near the city in a safe area, with several good restaurants nearby.
The host was excellent—waiting for me upon arrival—and made everything easy from start to finish. The shuttle process was smooth and hassle-free.
This stay had everything I needed, and I would definitely stay here again. A great option if you’re looking for convenience and a stress-free experience."

"This is the definition of a 5 start hotel.
We went to celebrate my husbands birthday because he's an avid golfer. It was easy to book tee times and the service was impeccable.
The course was wel maintained and even saw a crocodile.
The hotel itself went above and beyond because our room wasn't ready at time of arrival."
