Id stay here again. Good location, comfortable rooms, clean feeling facility. Good Wi-Fi and the rooftop area is chill. Minor complaint is that the coffee pods and water bottles in the room didn't get replenished during my stay unless I asked staff.

Overall the stay was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. A few minor things that didn’t affect my rating of the hotel: 1. The fridge in our room was not working. 2. One particular night we could hear guests in the hallway. However, I would still return, it was an excellent location.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Mio for 16 days. It was was lovely… we didn’t miss anything that the bigger hotels offer. Mio is centrally located and very walkable to food, shopping and the metro. The room 702 was on the 7th floor….it was very spacious and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The staff was very friendly and kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The only challenge was the language barrier as we speak English only, however, we overcome that most times with google translate. We want to say thank you to the men at the front desk and to the staff that cleaned our room. We enjoyed our time and we will definitely be back with friends and family in the future . Thanks to everyone at Mio. 👏👏

I liked that the hotel was clean and in a convenient location in the city. Staff friendly and accommodating. I did not like how thin the walls were. Loud talking/ vacuuming and door slamming could be heard at different times during the morning. Construction was being completed my entire stay. A family next to my room unbearably loud. 6/10

The staff is pretty amazing, they're very helpful and accommodating. From the front desk staff, to the room attendant. Even the janitor was very nice and a pleasant face to see every time. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping, wonderful. My dislike, the ironing board and iron wasn't the greatest and there wasn't a washer and dryer on premises. Breakfast was good, although I didn't get it as a package. I wish there was some ojaldas and more cultured culinary experience. Oh the pina coladas could have been a ton better, but its a small trade off. For the amazing staff and food they had at the restaurant. It's unfortunate that my family was there for a funeral, and didn't get much pool time, but we definitely used the rooftop and the beautiful views for some decompression and family time. We will definitely be back, and hotel Mio is already the top of my list!!! Thank you, we appreciate the hotel Mio's staff!!!!

The Front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff were amazing and extremely polite. I was disappointed that I had room with no view outside. The window was either frosted or dirty. I also didn't have hot water when I showered and the internet reception kept going in and out. I was awaken each morning to the sound of construction which made it hard to sleep in.
