"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. I liked being able to control heatng in my room; presence of a lift (albeit very small), especially as the staurcase was soiral and narrow; effective double glazing; reasonably priced breakfast; close to main avenue and cable car. Negative points: it was a bit of a trek from the SNCF station (20 minute walk); no shower holder so had to kneel down in bath and hold with one hand."
