"Lovely hotel in a great location within walking distance of the village of Deia. The staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is spread out and is on multiple levels with some steep stairs so you need to be prepared for a bit of a climb if you’re staying in the annexe rather than the main hotel building. We were attending an event outside the hotel so didn’t have lunch or dinner there but the buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of hot and cold foods to choose from....

"The hotel was very nice, service & staff were top notch! We felt pampered all week & every employee went above & beyond to enhance our stay. We had a Seaview room with a nice balcony & gorgeous view of the beach. Our room was tiny! Reminded me of an interior cabin on a cruise ship. There really is no where to put your bags & very little room to store anything. We did not get an upgrade with the expedia vip, in fact, staff didn't really seem to know any benefit with the vip. "The internet connection was poor in the room. The room is very quiet and nice except people smoke in the balcony, and that's quite disturbing. On the day before my checkout date, room service personnel did not leave any floor towel for the bathroom, and the shower water was flooding the bathroom floor. Other than that, the overall experience was good."

"This Marriott in Mallorca was the best of our 3 week in Spain. The beds where comfortable , the villa was perfect it had everything we needed, it was dark and quiet at night. You need to rent a car since this place is in Llucmajor, about 30 min from palma. But having a car made everything perfect , we spend the day away exploring the Island and this was perfect for us."
