"The room was clean and staff were friendly. Our only problem was that the toilet flushed slowly lol. Bartender was super sweet, he was from Turkey. The restaurant manager was wonderful and professional. I hope you’re able to sell enough lobster and steak dinners to report back to you son lol. This hotel and staff was over all a great experience!"

"We arrived at the hotel off a cruise ship around 9am - well before the official check in time. However, the staff allowed us to move in to our room immediately: a kindness much appreciated by my wife who was feeling rather unwell. While she rested, I found much of interest as I wandered around the neighborhood and was impressed with the quality and scale of amenities there. With the SkyTrain station only a block away, I think this would be a great base for visiting Vancouver."
