"Overall the experience was very good, we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was a good quality, plenty choice and good amounts. Dinner was good but we found it to be quite expensive. The only downside was I had pre booked a room upgrade through hotels.com which was accepted prior to arrival, when we checked in the room type we had upgraded too was not available so we had too stay in our original room, it did not spoil the weekend"
