"The remodel is really well done. The rooms are very nice and well appointed. The staff were super nice and very helpful. You could not ask for a better location. The lobby was under construction, but they personally called everyone in our group to inform them. They also sent emails and text messages so that we were aware. I highly recommend this property for you Banff experience."

"We booked our room as a king room. When we got to the property, we were told they upgraded us. After wandering around (it's difficult to find rooms) we found our "upgraded" room. It was very outdated, extremely small and had a spiral staicase to get to our bed. We are in out 60's and were to say the least not thrilled with this.
