"My recent stay at the Imperial Hotel in Torquay was exceptional from start to finish. The professionalism, kindness, and genuine warmth shown by every member of staff made the visit truly memorable. Kelly and Ndey on reception were outstanding — welcoming, attentive, and effortlessly helpful as always.Housekeeping were equally impressive, keeping everything spotless with a friendly smile.
