From check in to check out, everyone was very kind and accommodating. Our room was clean with great views and housekeeping made sure we always had fresh towels and our trash was taken out every day. Beware however there are no microwaves so don’t plan on being able to eat leftovers (or make popcorn or mac n cheese if you have little kids lol). We were traveling with 2 adults and 2 kids so the room was kind of cramped, but the amazing rooftop deck made it worth it. If it were just the 2 of us it would have been excellent size. The staff were so friendly. Sandra was a gem when it came to checking us in and there was a maintenance guy who we didn’t get his name, but he was so nice and made sure he set up the sofa bed to be extra comfy for my nephew. "We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel was comfortable and met our expectations. The only downside was early morning noise, as our room faced the front of the building, which could be disruptive for light sleepers. Aside from that, everything else was fine and the stay was satisfactory."
