"Beautiful room, we were in the Secret Garden apartment which was a very kind free upgrade from the Bond room we booked. Beautiful copper bath in the main room, nice and romantic. Rally big bathroom and shower with plenty room for 2 people. We will definitely be staying with them in the future and we may also try the lovely Aven restaurant they have on the ground floor. Lovely staff and apartments kitchen pretty well equipped, only thing missing is a small oven or airfryer, one of those would...

"A functional hotel. It is clean and functional with great staff. The price is always at around £49 which is great for traveling to Manchester, Liverpool areas during peak season. Location wise is a bit out there but that's why the rate is £49 and not £94."

"This is the 5th time we’ve stayed here in a year. Excellent stay, we were a little early for check in, however we had been sent the check in details earlier, so we entered the building to see if the room was ready, I was greeted at our room by a staff member/owner, he was putting the heating on in all the rooms because it was so cold - very thoughtful touch. "Parking felt safe, the reception staff were pleasant and welcoming. Ideally located with a bus stop nearby for travel into town. Also a pub nearby for food and drink which was very reasonable."

"The hotel was well located to the centre of town and the main railway station. The staff were excellent and very accommodation with baggage storage and a room change we had to make. Unfortunately one of their guests on Jan 20th smoked Marijuana and the ground stairs lobby and lift stank of the smoke. Shame because of this i could only give them 3 stars."
