Great stay, on arrival room was upgraded as the room we were assigned was not ready for us. The room was very spacious and tidy. Fab location for what we needed for our stay.

The room was lovely and the hotel is in a great location (especially as parking options just outside the clean air zone). All staff I interacted with were lovely. I would definitely stay again if I were to visit Bristol in the future.
