"Lovely room. Daughter slept well on the sofa bed. I slept like a log in main bed. Aircon. Nice and clean. Great bathroom, and staff very friendly and helpful. Bus stop opposite into town. Cheap Uber to the Amex Stadium. All in all a great stay."

"Great location, but Brighton Fringe festival was on in the park just opposite the flat, so quiet noisy in the evenings, but very Central location,so to be expected some noise.

"We booked here because it’s close to Preston Park where we were going for a 2 day Thai festival. It’s reasonable priced too. It’s under new management and being renovated. We are more than pleased with the service we received. All staff were happy and helpful. The parking is in the hotel grounds and safe. The bar is relaxed and comfortable with good quality draft beer and drinks. The breakfast/restaurant area is well lit and layout is good. The free breakfast is very good quality,freshly cooked...
"What sets this hotel apart from all the others, are the staff. While many are getting rid of receptions in the city this one is not and it makes such a difference. We were so well looked after. The continental breakfast is also substantial and good quality. You can also upgrade to a cooked breakfast for a reasonable price. Would definitely come back"

We stayed in room 30 on the 4th floor and the view was amazing.
Very comfortable bed, chairs by the window to sit and enjoy the view.
