"Wonderful hotel stay. I was in Waterloo for a conference and the hotel where the conference was held was sold out. I am so glad that I had a reservation at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff I encountered were all very nice. I especially liked that the cafe was open early. I was able to grab coffee before heading to the conference. I would stay here again. "
