"Our first trip to London and we found the hotel perfect for our stay with just a short walk to the station and shopping centre. The staff were very helpful and polite, with a great knowledge of the area and transport links. Already looking at booking our next trip for 2026."
"Cozy room, all of the amenities looked updated. Even the little things like the tea and biscuits/coffee really made the stay comfortable. The electric kettle and coffee maker was such a treat :) the staff were so kind and friendly! Noise wasn't that bad considering it is above a pub. "
"I did have to ask for WiFi code which I needed to plan my next bit of my trip. The member if staff on duty didn’t know where I could get a meal in a pub nearby. I did find the shower cubicle a bit tight but it was a small room. However I left a compact mirror begging and the staff say they will post it to me which I shall be very grateful for ."
"I was extremely surprised. This was a hidden gem! I was surprised it was equipped with all amenities; kettle, toaster, microwave, dining seating as well as a 2-ring stove. A really lovely accommodation, we were taken aback. The property owner was lovely, pleasant and friendly, he really took the time to show us where everything was. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future."
"Far exceeded my expectations. Amazing room and easy entry. Wish I'd had time to relax on the roof terrace. Great little touches - tooth brushes and paste in case someone had forgotten, bottled water, fan running when I entered. Plenty of comfortable furniture. But the boutique decor was out of this world! I just hope that there will be a vacancy when I am next in the area."
