We were 2 families with kids in each room. We had called after our booking and also few days before we came that we would like to have connecting room. It would be nice if these requests can be looked at by the staff more seriously. "

There were cigarette butts all over the ground at the side door, like someone dumped the cigarette disposal and never cleaned it up. It was there for at least 24 hours. "
