"This is one of our favorite places to stay when we go to Mesa. They finally fixed the hot tub which is great! Unfortunately the elevators were down. Only one barely worked. The staff was great about informing us about the elevators. They do however need working ice machines on every floor."

"This was cancelled the same day it was made. I also called in the day of after see it was still active to cancel it again. I talked to a lady and told me she would talk to her manager to get it cancelled as no further communication was made. I see this establishment needs the money more than me. What a terrible way to do business. NEVER AGAIN!!!"
