"Didn’t look anything like the pictures. No comfortable chair. The staff was outstanding. It was clean. The air conditioning worked. What bothered me was you could see light from outside in gaps all around the door. It would be easy for someone to break into the room. I pushed the kitchen table in front of the door so I could sleep."

"The team member who greeted me at check-in (which I had pre-completed) was so kind, and this really helped expedite my process since I was on a time crunch that evening. The size of my room was so cozy and accessible, and everything functioned perfectly. The fitness center, breakfast, and pool were all great, and I'm glad I was able to squeeze in a chance to utilize all of them before my checkout the next morning. The stairs were so conveniently positioned next to my room / most of the room too – lots of natural sunlight, so I felt comfortable entering and exiting the building throughout the day!"

"This was a perfect landing spot for us for our visit to the area. The only challenge was parking, though we were able to find close, free parking. You may have to work to find it if you arrive during a busy time. Located slightly off Main St., there are lots of options for food and shopping. Most of the restaurants and shops are closed on Sundays, though. The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us. I am a tall person, so the bed was not as comfortable (Queen-sized) as I needed, but it was adequate. The host was quick with communication and instructions. We experienced no issues with our stay. Happy to stay here again when we visit next year."

"Had to take cold showers because the hot water wasn’t turning on. One of the lights weren’t working so I was halfway in the dark. Towels were dirty and it was hair every where. Other than that had a peaceful stay."

"We enjoyed our stay in this Holiday Inn in Tempe. Front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful and nice. We appreciated the Hundred Mile brewery/restaurant located right next door to this hotel. Lots of choices for food, beer or cocktails, and their Happy Hour prices were very reasonable! "

"Best hotel to stay if seeing Cubs spring training. You can just walk to and from the stadium and to see the training. Hotel is super clean and spacious and rooms are sound proof. "
