"The staff were helpful and professional during check-in and checkout. When told about my plan to visit the Vegas Strip, they were able to suggest area to get free parking. The property including the assign room was clean. It was refreshing to come back to the hotel and rest during a full day out hiking in the nearby state parks."

"I liked the original impression of the hotel. The check-in was cumbersome. After a long day of driving, they catch you right at the front desk and try to sell you on a resort visit. They offer money on a card to do so, but I didn't appreciate the sales pitch and the pressure to agree. There were hidden charges, the said that some fees were paid by Hotels.com, but then they wanted $300 deposit for amenities. The pool was beautiful, but it was windy all the days we were there, so it was closed. The room was not clean. The kitchen floor was sticky. The tub had hair on the floor. The tub also didn't drain, and we had to have maintenance come fix it. It drained well after that. The balcony was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the sunsets and sunrises. The did allow us to check-out one day early, as we decided to take two days to drive home instead of one."

"Toe nail clippings in our room was a great start. Windows covered in so much mountain dust we couldnt get a decent photo of our room with a view. Interior room quality was a little outdated compared to the Expedia pics when we booked the Bordeaux Tower king room."
