"I stayed here for one night and was fairly unsatisfied with my stay. To begin with, the receptionist was on the phone throughout the entire check-in process, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. In addition, the room was described as non-smoking, but there was a strong cigarette odor as soon as I walked in. To make matters worse, the toilet had not been flushed from the previous use.
