"Very clean and spacious room. Two complimentary bottles of water were supposed to be in the room but were not. I asked at the desk and they cheerfully provided them. Room was relatively quiet which I really appreciated. The shower was also great with plenty of hot water and strong flow."

"The rooms are nice, with very high ceilings, making them bright and open. The breakfast was very good, but the unyielding shut-off of breakfast time was off-putting at best and quite wasteful with full trays of buffet food made inaccessible immediately as the breakfast timeframe closed. The spirit Shirley is not reasonably staffed or scheduled to be reliable and helpful. The wait and communication on the arrival was very frustrating and the shuttle was full for the departure, so not usable. If a very large hotel is offering airport Shirley service, it needs to accommodate its guests with more efficiency."
