"Worst check in experience. Angry reception lady got upset at me as the room wasn’t ready when she said it was. She aggressively told me to come back after 2 which I was ok with, then got very defensive and rude when it wasn’t ready at 2:30pm. I think she was embarrassed, which isn’t a good look for someone representing you hotel. Terrible attitude, she wanted an argument and I couldn’t be bothered. Bad introduction. There was a conference with a load of people smoking out front. Could t walk in...
