"This property is in bad need of an update. The carpets are worn. The walls are damaged and dirty. The bathroom in our room had numerous odors emitting from it at different times of the day - something skunky, something sewer-like and just plain mildew. The floor was worn and waterlogged. "The appartement itself was well appointed and very comfortable, but our experience was negatively affected by an incident in the parking area. We were approached by a male individual who we could not identify as either a guest or a member of management. He berated us for how we had parked, speaking in a rude and intimidating manner. Had there been an issue with our parking, a polite explanation would have been appreciated. Instead, the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As...

"Great place to stay. Hotel is kept in kind of dated 70's wallpaper style but it's very clean. Not well maintained you can see lack of proper finish after repairs. As always staff makes a fantastic job keeping guests happy. You can get amazing sleep with huge comfy and clean beds. Breakfast wise great choice both continental and cooked options. Swimming pool / leisure centre is highly recommended."

"The room was clean and breakfast was well set up. The odd thing was check in. The person seemed confused. One person was at the wrong east Kilbride premiere inn. WE DID THE SAME THING! Beware- there are THREE East Kilbride Premiere Inns! Also, another client was given keys to a room that was already in use. Some name confusion. I just passed my passport to the check in person! "A very comfortable room, with a nice clean bathroom. A warm welcome from reception. A very good restaurant. Minor issues for improvement are with the signing. It’s not quite clear from the upper level of the car park where reception is (it’s down the steps) nor was it clear how to enter the restaurant from the stairs. However very reasonably priced and better than a soulless Travelodge."

"The staff was helpful from check in to check out. The pool area was awesome with sauna steam room hot tub and upstairs full gym. The breakfast was amazing too. Also full bar and restaurant with room services. There is a bus stop right at hotel also. Would recommend to everyone to stay here."

"Room was small and basic but clean and had a little kettle etc to let you make a cuppa in your room. The food was great we had a meal in the evening and breakfast in morning both very good. Staff welcoming. Plenty parking."
