"This hotel provides a basic room. We did not get food here. (Breakfast cost extra) The room had a very strong mothball smell so we opened the window and left a floor fan running all night. Bedside areas need outlets to plug in phones so these rooms need updating. The sink did not have hot water. For the price this room was not worth it."

"Had a great one night stop over here. Stayed in the Annex which was spacious quiet and very comfortable. Parking space and an easy walk into town. There was a reasonable choice of breakfast items and it was well cooked and tasty. There was Wi-Fi but unfortunately there was nothing to tell you what the password was which would have been helpful. Overall very happy to recommend this to anyone looking for a stay in Dumfries."
