Great place and very friendly

Really friendly and welcoming hosts, cannot do enough for you. The room was clean, spacious ( room 5 on 1st floor) and warm. The breakfast was really tasty and had plenty of choice.

Friendly and welcoming

Nice homely little place directly opposite the beach. 5 minutes walk to the tram stop (20 mins by tram to the tower), amusements and local restaurants. We had a lovely welcome on arrival and were instantly made to feel at home. Owners were available 24/7 for any queries and honestly, the best cooked breakfast I've had in years! The bar was a welcome addition as well, and there was plenty of parking.

Happy holiday.

I had a fantastic stay at Queens Plaza. The owners couldn't do enough to be helpful. The hotel is very clean and has an amazing mix of rooms to suit everyone. There is also 2 lifts for the less mobile. I booked a Seaview room and it was amazing.

The lady who dealt with us was very welcoming. The room looked freshly decorated. Didn't realise that the staff came in daily to tidy up the room etc. Couldn't fault the service - it was a shame the lift was out of order but it gave me the opportunity to get more steps in :) Would definitely stay there again.

Great location.

Pleasant welcome and found space for us to park out front. Breakfast had a really good selection and was tasty and filling buffet. Room looked recently decorated. Hotel in a really good location on sea front near tram station, with parking available Some points that could improve overall stay Carpets in common areas could do with renewing, and 1st floor looks a bit dated compared to the upper floors. Found cobwebs above our bed, and mattress was not comfortable, pillows could do with renewing as they were quite flat. Also found door to shower room would not shut. Could do with towel rails in toilet and shower room.

The staff were friendly and the location is ok, but I don't understand all the good reviews about the Queen's Plaza. Our room was ok size wise, bottles of water and a small fridge in our room which was good. We had a view was of a wall, which was a bit depressing. Lots of bird muck on the outside of the windows, particularly on the bathroom window. Wallpaper was peeling off in places, thick dust on parts of the skirting boards, the bathroom was clean but the shower doors didn't shut properly. The real issue was the communal corridors and landings, dirty carpets it smelt and it all just felt grubby. It wasn't cheap either.

It was perfect for our needs the shower was cold or I would have given a 5 star. It’s a bit further up the coast from the centre of Blackpool Trams £3.50 each way. Taxis £11 each way

it was a lovely stay. the room was a little small but the seaview was lovely and it was made up for with the brilliant breakfast with its all you can eat buffet style which had everything from cereal, yoghurt, fruit to eggs, bacon, lovely sausages, black pudding and even haggis!

Lovely 4 night stay

Lovely comfy room very airy and bright . The breakfast was fabulous and no excuse to leave the table hungry . Well equipped bar and nice comfy seats to enjoy your drink. Overall a very pleasant stay .

When we arrived the hotel was clean lovely downstairs and owners were very helpful, however our room had sweets & wrappers left from previous guests on the floor, bathroom (mainly toilet) was dirty, all glasses had marks on, cups had coffee stains a though they had not been washed along with the spoons was very unclean, the dresser was filthy, only clean thing in our room was our beds, now we had 2 small children with us so this wasn't great I had to wipe and clean up for them to be able to walk around as I was anxious they picked something up and ate it wouldn't stay again

Nice quiet location , we were able to leave our car parked there for the whole trip and we used the tram which stopped just across the road . Staff were very welcoming and friendly . Place was nicely decorated and offered a lovely buffet breakfast .

Queen's Plaza Hotel. Bisphem. Blackpool.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Queen's Plaza. The owner's were warm and welcoming. All the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. My room was pleasant, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities I needed to feel independent within my own room. The dining room was clean, spacious and well set out. The food and drink choices were plentiful and the cooked food itself was excellent. The recreational and bar areas were spacious and intimitate so making you feel at ease. It is a well run establishment catering for members of the family. The hotel itself is based in a lovely, quiet location facing the sea. It also has a regular tram route. It's lovely.
