We only stayed one night at this hotel. It was easy to find and close to the Winter Gardens where we were attending a concert. Lovely warm welcome from the staff. Nice bright reception area. Room was clean and quiet (we were on top floor). Breakfast was good. Parking was just across the road and discounted via the hotel.

Everything about our stay in Blackpool was stellar. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and fantastic, and the food was excellent. Especially the breakfast buffet where they were able to accommodate our dietary restrictions and provided gluten free toast, sausages, and poached eggs.

Friendly staff. Social areas really quite nice. Bar etc…Nice touch for the morning to have a Starbucks as the coffee in the machine isn’t pleasant. Room was clean but could tell the carpet hadn’t been hoovered and would stay again if needed to visit Blackpool but would ask to stay the other side as the nightclub opposite kept us awake for hours! Thank you to the friendly staff.
