"They over booked the b&b so we had to wait for them to find something for a family of 4 which took a while. They had placed a couple in our family room as they were also without a room due to over booking so they then had to move them yet again to put us in there, we then had to wait an hour for them to sort it (it was 6pm at this point with 2 young children) and when we got in there were crumbs on the bedside table. The hotel was filthy! Not one thing was clean. Even the sink in the room was...
