"This is not a chain hotel...why would you want one? Where is the charm of living as the locals do? This place has that charm. This is a small business run by a very loving family. This is the authentic Blackpool experience. I have rarely seen people this welcoming and kind. Everyone was incredibly attentive and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed every moment of my interaction with the family that runs it. Highly recommended. "

"Staff absolutely so lovely, everyone friendly, food really nice, good night in watching the turns playing bingo, made to feel welcome even with the young lads serving in the dining room, would def recommend and will definitely go back, asked to borrow a iron within 5 minutes i had a iron and board brought to my room, beautiful rooms very clean, dont think you would find anywhere as nice and friendly as you do at this hotel "
"Fab place, perfect hosts really make you welcome!, stayed in rm 8 which was huge! Lots of little extras, even had an Alexa and coffee machine! Bath robes slippers. Bed really comfy, room smelt lovely and was spottless..breakfast was 1st class quality products cooked to perfection, fresh fruits n cereal, nice bar and decor throughout the whole place..highly recommend this place its fab!"
