"The main essentials were excellent. The room was clean; the bed was comfortable ; the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The only downside of our stay was the washroom. Stepping into the shower required a high step over the edge of the tub; the sink area was also awkwardly designed—we frequently bumped our heads on the counter above it while washing our faces or brushing our teeth.
