"This place is misrepresented. There is no breakfast. The picture above is not the place. I had no safe parking available even though I called in advanced to confirm that it will be in fact available. The owners did all they could to convince me to park my car in the farthest corner through ice and unshoveled snow where I would get stuck either on the way in or out. I tried to shovel the snow myself to make parking possible . Eventually I had to park in the street with a fear of being towed....

"Shocking apartment. No towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. And the cockroaches were there to meet us. The bathroom was not worthy of anything. And you had to make a phone call for someone to meet us at the main house, then get in for to make payment again. Then walk a short distance to the apartment. So very terrible experience. Felt the toilet was going to fall away as soon as you flushed it. The beds were supposed to have been 2 double beds of the same height. 1 higher and the other...

"Stayed for a night, was a little hesitant due to the bad reviews. However, everything was perfect. Rooms were clean, modernized and spacious. Our room had a whole kitchen with everything you would need including a full size fridge. We stopped by early to see if we could park the vehicle on the available onsite parking and we were informed our room was ready and we could check in about 3 hours earlier than expected. Close to everything, including grocery store, restaurants, and tourist...

"Our room at The Fairmont Chateau Laurier was very disappointing. We chose a view of the Parliament Building .... if you sat in the one shabby chair in the corner, close to the window or leaned forward on the windowsill you could see it. The bathroom was so tiny that you had to almost straddle the toilet to use the wash hand basin. We are regular sized humans. The drinking glasses were stored on a shelf, at toilet bowl level, 12.5 inches from the front of the toilet bowl { yes I measured it!}....

"Really great location with at most a ten-minute walk to Parliament hill. Nando’s just a few paces down Albert Street - love to see it. Very spacious room(s) with lots of natural light and plenty of closet space (and hangers!). Place was very clean and the room temperature was easily adjustable. Free breakfast was quite decent. They have 50 or so lockers on the basement level where you can store your things for free. I had 7 hours between check-out and my flight, so those allowed me to explore...
