"Two windows facing Grassmarket do not close, the street noise lasted till 3am. Stand lamp does not work. Sleepers had to be requested and paid. Not enough US charging ports. The floor cracks when walking on it. "

"Check in went smoothly. Our room was a twin on the first floor. Spacious and clean with tea/coffee facility and a hairdryer. Only downside was a lack of sockets near the beds. Bathroom clean and shampoo , body wash provided if required."

"No AC in the rooms only heaters! No controls of turning off the heater even in perfect 45 degree night time weather! Thought Scotts were used to cold weather! Other than that Izzy and they staff were AMAZING! TY"
