"The hotel is under renovation on the ground floor which make guests uncomfortable with the air pollution and very dusty. The construction haven’t protected the environment and guests."

"Exceptional boutique hotel in West Hollywood, very convenient to the Troubadour, Dan Tana's etc. Very quiet and clean. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and clearly focused on making sure your stay is perfect. Highly recommended. We'll certainly be staying there again for our next LA adventure!"

"Great location.. next to LACMA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills.. Staff was fantastic.. housekeeping not perfect but other than that.. great stay"

"The waters that they did offer were four dollars a bottle for a 20 ounce smart water. The room smelled weird. Every interaction with the staff felt like a confrontation more than an interaction. One good thing is that the location was really good."
