"Prior to arriving, we tried to call the hotel regarding the valet parking available in the garage across the street. We could not get in touch with the hotel after calling multiple times. Due to this, we ended up just paying a normal fee for parking since we couldn't get in touch with anyone about the valet option. The check-in process went quickly and the room was clean. Room is on the smaller side and amenities such as iron and ironing board are not available in the room, they must be requested. For a one night stay it was great and close to our needed location. Check out was smooth as well and staff was friendly at both interactions."

"Subpar Experience Given the Premium Price Point ​While The Logan positions itself as a luxury destination, our recent stay unfortunately fell short of expectations for several reasons: ​Acoustics & Privacy: The sound insulation between rooms was surprisingly poor. We could clearly hear our neighbors' conversations and activities throughout the night, which significantly impacted our sleep quality. For a hotel of this caliber, one expects better privacy and soundproofing. ​Room Layout: We booked a King room, but the bed dimensions felt notably smaller, closer to a Queen. It was unclear if we were mis-assigned a room type or if the furniture scale is simply smaller than industry standards. ​Dining Quality: We ordered room service, and the Caesar salad was a disappointment. The dressing appeared to be a simple mayonnaise-based substitute rather than a traditional Caesar, which didn't align with the quality of a high-end hotel kitchen. ​The Bottom Line: The atmosphere and service felt more akin to a mid-tier extended-stay hotel than a luxury boutique. Given the price point, the value simply wasn't there. If you are looking for a quiet, high-end experience in the city, you may want to explore other options."

"We usually chose GQ for the quality price ratio. But this stay was much more expensive than the previous ones for the exact same accommodations. Not cool! In addition, two incidents happened: I witnessed a dog reliving himself in one of the elevators. To be frank, I have never seen so many dogs at once in a hotel before. Too many! What are the rules and protocols to ensure cleanliness and sanitation for all? Not to mention safety. And where is the staff to enforce them??? You operate with minimal staff. The second issue has to do with coming back to our room to find out that the cleaning staff had moved our belongings in what felt a bit intrusive. In the bathroom everything had been shoved to one side. My suitcase which had been left open on the suitcase stand was closed causing everything on one side to be tossed around unrestrained. On the desk, everything was moved and zipped up needlessly etc etc…it left the impression that someone had been searching through our belongings."

"Check in staff was wonderful, and Matthew in particular was a wealth of information when we needed help the second night. And a delight to visit with. However, we tried to eat on the 19th floor the first night and service was very poor and the second day my room was never cleaned. Friendly staff, but a mixed bag on results. "

"The hotel is in a great location and the staff very friendly. Having a Starbucks in the lobby for grab and go breakfast was very nice. There were some issues with our room but they were brought to the attention of the staff directly. If noise is an issue for you, I suggest to avoid "connecting" rooms, as the noise from the next room is easily heard. The Art Bar in the lobby and the Ruth's Chris Steakhouse are the only restaurants in the hotel but there are lots of options within a quick walk (along with great shopping)."
