"It is located outside central Naples. However taking a taxi with special price with taxi takes you there whenever you want. The free shuttle service is only at night. Turn right then right, you will find a tuck shop with all drinks provisions including water. Turn right then left you will find the best Italian restaurant where locals eat which is very reasonable and tasty. All staff at the hotel are excellent. My vip status was recognised with an upgrade. I chose it because of 1) airport proximity; 2) airport shuttle; 3) parking - hard to find hotels with onsite parking in Naples. "We had a good experience at this place. There is an elevator to get to the floor where you will be staying. The courtyard area looks like it could use some repair/paint on 1/4 of the building but once you get to the place where you will stay it is bright, cheerful and clean. Note - there are a couple of steps down into the area where the bed is located and then a couple of steps to get into the bathroom. The host was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay."

"The room was amazing!! The hot tub/jacuzzi was great, we didn't really use the sauna and breathing rooms however they looked nice. The air conditioning worked very well.
