"Hotel is walking distance to Naples central train station (situated just opposite side of the road) and close to Garibaldi metro station. Breakfast was good ,with typical Italian taste of food and fresh tomatoes in the morning and homemade cakes. Few coffe shops very close to the hotel. Staff helpful. Strongly recommend."

"The room is very n8ce clean and modern. It is also very close to trsin statio, Metro and busses, literally 2 minutes walk to all of them. The bus from the sirport stops right outside the hote. Unfortunately, i did not meet any of the staff at the hotel but were very easy to contact via WhatsApp. Definitely stay there again if going to Naples."

"Extremely worn down and not worth the money. The air conditioning didn’t work, and there was no pool access as it was closed. Very outdated overall - location ok — I will never come back."

"The hotel is ok - nice palazzo - and staff nice, but the surrounding area is very dirty. It also includes streets with prostitutes, and feels somewhat unsafe. We had to switch rooms upon our arrival as the first room we were given looked quite bad- it clearly had not been renovated for numerous years."

"This hotel was bright, clean, and refreshing! We enjoyed the large suite on the 7th floor which was quite roomy and comfortable. The view out the large window area was awesome, as it was of Mt. Vesuvius … such a great place to snap some amazing photos. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the central Train Station, the Bus Terminal, and pick-up spots for our chosen tours. We only had breakfast there on three occasions, but the food and drink items were plentiful and very good."
