"Das Alma Hotel war fantastisch! Die MitarbeiterInnen sind ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben selten so nettes und engagiertes Personal gesehen! Am letzten Tag haben wir sogar ein kleines Frühstück zum Mitnehmen bekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und es gibt täglich kostenlose Wasserflaschen. Die Lage ist optimal, die Altstadt und diverse Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Das Alma Hotel können wir voll und ganz empfehlen – jedes Detail zeugt von echter Liebe...

"very clean room, right in the middle of the activity on a busy street with lots of restaurants but room was quiet from that noise. we did hear the people above us they were quite loud. never saw anyone at the desk. wifi didn't work the first 4.5 days but at least tv did have English channels. very dark in the hallway unless you know to turn on the light switch in the hall. it will auto turn off after a few minutes. also, entrance is just off the main Street there is a little walkway...

"We loved the location, the staff and vibe of the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful- quite the spread! There is a pool but it was icy cold and not really usable so I would suggest heating the pool to make it nice for guests to use. "

"Lena is the real star of this show! Her cute little face is there greet everyone. She even outshines the stunning view from the breakfast rooftop, which is tough competition. The owners are wonderful! They’re so kind and helpful! Their directions are clear, and we had a lovely stay. The woman who serves breakfast is also wonderful! We loved staying here. The location is great too. For those who struggle with steps or carrying luggage up multiple flights, you should stay elsewhere. Otherwise,...

"Our room was very comfortable. The location is ideal only a few short steps from Quattro Canti with a lovely view from our window. It can be quite loud at times, especially with the window open. The air conditioning has some limitations, but these are nationwide restrictions."
