She also offered great recommendations for local restaurants and handled a very busy check in time flawlessly. The breakfast team was working so hard to keep everything clean, stocked, and orderly, all while staying smiling and friendly to guests. One gentleman tending to the tables was truly a standout, although we did not get his name. The hotel itself was clean and had all the necessary items we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The location was very convenient to everything we needed to get to. Kudos to your team, they are a great representation of your hotel and management. Special compliments to housekeeping as well for doing such a great job. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience thanks to a hardworking team and a well run property."

"We had a wonderful stay. Rina & her husband were friendly & professional. They responded positively to our every request. I got sick the last two days of our stay & housekeeping was wonderful. They didn't mind changing our sheets or providing us with extra towels as needed. Finally, the breakfast staff kept everything full, hot, fresh & clean. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The area was good in that it was near offices, uninhabited on the weekend. Some things in the room need repair or update. Specifically outlets were so old that male plugs would not stay in the outlet. The floor felt as if it had not been cleaned. Bedding was clean but a cigarette burn was observed in the top comforter. The shower curtain was very dirty and needed to be changed/laundered."

"Some clients were very upset with their room and asked for a refund while I was checking them in. The guy behind the desk was very calm and tried to be as helpful as possible. My room was clean, but the location and the other clients were very sketchy. I tried to check out in the morning (around 8:00 a.m.), but the front desk was still closed."
