Rooms were spotless and the smart toilets in the bathrooms are a nice touch! Staff were very friendly. Highly recommend the on site restaurant - Lumi. "Hotel is beautiful - old world charm with modern amenities. Gym had great treadmill for son's track workouts and the concierge - Ricardo - was amazing! Crew Cafe was wonderful, as well as Trattoria Trestevere for great Italian close to Bell Center. Hotel is in an excellent location. Close to the Metro that will take you ANYWHERE! Opus pass is the way to go. "
