"Great customer service! From holding our luggage when we arrived early, to accepting a delivery for us, and helping us book a taxi, all the staff were extremely helpful and nice. The location was also very convenient and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!"

"As the crow flies, this hotel is close to everything. The only reason I could not give it five stars is its location on a steep hill. Staff were very helpful, the rooms and food were excellent, and Parking, although scarce could be found in the hotel parking lot if you arrive early enough."

"The inn was beautiful. The location is perfect. It is right outside Bath, next to the horse racecourse. The room was nearly brand new which was both good and bad. The good was it was spotless and well maintained. The bad was the radiator wasn’t working the first night so my son was shivering all night. Im not going to knock the rating down because the staff tried their best to fix it. The breakfast was delicious. We loved every dish. We also ate dinner there twice and had a lovely meal. We will definitely be back."

"Firstly, a very warm welcome on arrival, we were made to feel at home. One of our party is in a wheelchair and a ground floor room was offered. Enormous rooms and all very clean with relaxing decor. Big TV on the wall and plenty of water in the fridge. We had a good nights sleep and we woke for a delicious breakfast which was above and beyond. All the staff throughout were very helpful. Car parking facilities are excellent and only a short trip into Bath. We will be back."
