"The actual room was old and out dated. The curtains were extra stiff and barely functional. Although the property wasn’t aesthetically pleasing , the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They made my stay comfortable! "

"The pool and hot tub were terrific, however our stay here was anything other then... i paid for a king bed, with a sofa bed, it was me and my three children. While there was blankets and pillows for the king bed the sofa bed was bare, and when i asked for blankets and pillows for the sofa bed i was told they would bring them up. A couple hours had passed and i went to the front to ask for them again, then i was told that they had no extra. I had to sleep on the sofa bed with no blanket or pillow while my 4 children slept in the king bed. I was cold and uncomfortable to say the least. The following night around 11 pm ( yes i know it was late) however i told the hotel prior that i had 2 toddlers, they fall and cry, they argue, they are away from home so already in a mood. Mothers with toddler im sire understand where i am coming from. Anyways again i told them this before i booked my room. They should have put us on the first floor and ifbthey didnt have a room compatible for 2 young kid's 2,and 4 years old tk be exact. They should not have booked me a room there. So a very rude eoman comes up and tells me that there was a noise complaint about my kids running on thr floor i said i was so sorry and id do my best to keep them quieter. She interrupted me and said if i come back up here i will be " kicking you guys out" i said excuse me? This is the first and only complaint, my 4 year old then was terrified to move or cry to loud in fear of being kicked out. Terrible experienc"

"The staff at Randolph was amazing. My husband had a medical emergency and we needed a place to stay after his discharge. Front desk went above and beyond to get us in a room when we were having credit card issues. They were genuinely concerned about his health and thankful for his service in the military. Large comfortable bed with a nice quiet night!"

"The room was very clean. The linen and bedding was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious especially the oatmeal. The gym was very sufficiently functional. The staff was very helpful. Definitely would stay there again, but wish they had dressers. I also would like it if they were stands on both sides of the bed and not just one nightstand."

"My stay at the Best Western at the Fairgrounds in Syracuse, NY was very disappointing. The mattress in my room was absolutely horrible, one of the worst I have ever slept on. I asked if something could be done about it, but nothing was ever resolved during my stay. The rooms are very outdated, and in the afternoon I had cold water in the shower, which is not what you expect after a long day. Housekeeping was also very poor. They forgot to replace towels, and I learned that you actually have to request room cleaning even if you are staying five nights. What made it worse was the attitude at the front desk. Every time I asked for help, the response was very defensive instead of helpful. There was no effort to work with me or solve the issues. The manager was also nowhere to be seen the entire time. Overall this hotel seems very poorly managed. I would definitely recommend staying somewhere else."

"The Motel Looked run down from the outside... the area was fine up until I saw the state of the motel. Which sort of looked like it was being renovated but then stopped abruptly with no plan of restarting. I did not feel safe for myself or my car. shower and bathroom for that matter were small. Had a weird kitchenette with a sink and a microwave that I would never trust. Linens had stains on them in certain areas. Parking lot had trash bags sitting in the middle, towels in the parking lot that looked like they had been there since the start of the winter. Came out the next day and found a crack pipe next to my car (unsure if that was there before or not) I will not be staying at this place again, unless there is some major upgrades to cleaning and the rooms themselves. "
