"We loved the Iron Horse!! Location was fantastic, we walked to several places from the hotel. The room was gorgeous and huge, very comfortable. I agonized over where to stay in milwaukee and really happy with this hotel. The lobby has an oddly strong scent of aftershave that made us laugh. The valet are really friendly, front desk was great too!"

"Was okay, nothing special. Since I’m not 21 I called to make sure I could check in, was told it would be no problem. When we got there I was asked if anyone that was 21 would be checking in, I told her no and that I had called before hand and was told it would be no problem. She had to go talk to her manager, we were able to stay but I felt communication between staff may not be very good. Just glad we didn’t have to find a different hotel during summer fest."

"Our second stay here. We really like the bar area, great cocktails and live music. The place was hopping. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had some appetizers and pizza and it was delicious. Location is great, easy walkable for downtown sites and restaurants."

"We really enjoyed staying at Drury inn and all they have to offer. We were so close to summer fest. We walked a mile to the Summerfest. Recommend to anyone that wants to stay in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The rooms were very clean , we enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour and a very helpful and friendly staff. They also had a nice Hot Tub and pool. Looking forward to staying at your Drury Inn in the future . Kathleen Swieca"

"We stayed in suite #8. It was beautiful and very roomy. It had all the amenities one could need and it was quiet and comfortable despite being right next to the hotel’s restaurant (which was delicious). There are just a few small things that needed tending to and the customer service response to help us with those were very quick. The #3 does not work on the inner keypad to enter the room and our code contained a 3. This has apparently been a problem for a little while. When we called, the gal gave us a new number right away. Also, there was no WiFi passcode in the room or in the communication prior to checkin. We had to call again for that. Service was wonderful again. The lights in the bathroom were partially out and there were no replacement bulbs in the room. We didn’t call about this but were hopeful the housekeepers would resolve the issue for the next guests. We will definitely stay again as these were very minor issues."
