I liked this property, this location is excellent easy walking distance to two metro stops, great restaurants nearby and feels safe. So why did I not rate it a 5 across the board. It is a little run down and need a good vacuuming throughout. Also during our stay a ceiling panel in the bathroom fell down hitting my daughter in the head and making quite a mess also revealing mold in the ceiling. Also the bathroom "shower" design is really poor if you want to use the overhead shower instead of the hand held, water goes all over the place.They offered us a free breakfast for our trouble which we did not take so we do not know how the food is. This place definitely has great potential with just a few fixes

Excellent staff! Great location if you like to be in the middle of everything! This comes at a price of course, which is the tight quarters. We were in what they call a superior room, which sounds good, but it was very small, so check the square footage before you book.
