"Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. This place was so clean and comfy that I felt sorry that I stayed only one night. I’m doing cross country and every night is staying in a different place. There will be more BW’s, so I will see if this is the case across the country. "

"Room, especially the bathroom needs some repairs need new towels. The wash rag I was using for my shower was ripping apart while using it, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and the robe hook was barely hanging by a thread! "

"For a newer hotel and what I thought was an upper level hotel, I was a little disappointed. Carpet needs replaced and there were interior areas that needed repair. The next day after arriving late the night before, we were looking forward to sleeping in. The maid working our floor was talking extremely loud on her cell phone while cleaning. It was so disrupting at one point that I opened my door to see if there was a problem. She was standing in the hall next to my door talking on her phone. After closing the door I heard her laugh loudly. I’m not sure if she was laughing due to her call or if she thought my look of shock was funny. Either way it was very frustrating and made it impossible to relax let alone sleep. Bare minimum as far as food and snack options. I guess I am a bit spoiled with expecting breakfast options. The tv had hdmi hookup, however the setup screen wasn’t available to set it up. For us this was a negative situation b/c we enjoy watching Netflix and Paramount. For the rate of the room, I guess I was hoping for more. "

"Room seemed ok for the price… until we got into bed. That’s when the urine smell hit. We smelled the worst animal urine smell all night. The smell woke me up several times throughout the night. This is why maybe animals SHOULDNT be allowed in hotels….because not all pet owners are responsible pet owners! As someone with severe allergies, my eyes were on fire the whole morning while getting ready until we left. That combined with the horrible smell was a horrible experience. "
