"The 2-bedroom condo were very spacious for a family and the refrigerator and oven in the room were very convenient for a multi-day stay. The water park was great and fun for all ages unfortunately there are not enough seats, and we went in an off-peak time. Be aware of the price of the room as there are several additional room charges, taxes, resort fee that will be added to your bill. The room rate is deceiving as you will be spending another $150-200 per night in additional fees and taxes. My only complaint would be that our refrigerator ice machine did not work and I called the front desk for it to be repaired. I asked in the meantime if I could get some ice sent to the room. The answer was NO, you can go to the cafe and they will give you a "cup" of ice. Definitely not the answer I was looking for or expected. Also, we stay 4 nights and housekeeping is not included. You have to pay extra for housekeeping unless you stay 5 nights or more. Again, another charge that shouldn't exist. Don't lose your pool towels or you will be charged extra. Don't ask for more dish soap or laundry detergent as that will cost you more too. So, for after all fees and taxes, we paid around $400 per night when the advertised rate was $175. For $400 per night they should be providing housekeeping services, room amenities and working appliances."
