"Hotel was nice and quiet. Only downside was the AC in room is motion activated, so if you enjoy a cold sleep, don’t expect it here. If you also have sensitivity to smell, that could cause migraines, I would suggest finding another hotel. I’m not sure if it was plug ins, or diffusers, but the strongest smelling hotel I have ever been in. It gave me one of the worst migraines I have ever had. It was a rough stay. Otherwise, nice staff!"

"Well the room wasn't very clean, there was a baby pacifier under the bed, also the pull out bed was horrible!! Also we booked it specifically for the pool & when we got there the lady was like oh I'm sorry, the pool is under construction. Also it took about 30 minutes or more for her to check me in, cuz she couldn't find my reservation when I had my receipt on my phone. So the whole trip was blah...."

"Remodeled rooms are excellent! The fitness center was closed because they stored mattresses there, the pool was full of bugs because it was not scammed/cleaned regularly. We were a little disappointed because the breakfast area was being remodeled, and there was only grab and go available, we typically enjoy the full breakfast when we stay there. The only challenge with our room was the door knob on the inside of the room came off the day we were leaving, but we contacted one of the repair...

"Everything was wonderful! The only thing I would recommend for the property is that they clean their pools daily and their pool lounge chairs. I went swimming and noticed some food at the bottom of the pool, and when I went to the pool the next day, the food was still there."

"The room was excellently furnished and attention to detail is very good. Best linens ever! It’s a wonderful place and I am sure there are probably great rooms. If you are facing S Lamar, it is the loudest room I have ever stayed in after 55 years. One simply can’t get a nights rest. It can’t be overstated how loud it is. You have to ask for a quiet room or it’s awful. Additionally there was a fire alarm. The noise from the alarm was over 110db, however in the room, the lights did not flash...

"Overall the stay was okay. The room temp was great and the beds were comfy. Staff was nice upon arrival. There was a bug in one of our beds. We brought it up to the front desk and we were offered an ice cream as a compromise. We asked for management to reach out to us and never heard from them. We brought it up again at checkout and they said “that would never happen here.” Asked again for a manager to reach out and still nothing. We had 7 guests in our room and had 1 towel in the bathroom....

"This had to be the worst hotel/motel I had ever stayed at. We had a pipe burst in our home and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of days. The outside of the building just looks sad, it hasn't been maintained. The front desk staff was wonderful! The room was not. The floors were sticky, it was clear that nothing had been cleaned. The tables had some kind of substance on them and the mirrors both had not been cleaned. I had two rooms, one for me and one for my adult children. Their room reeked...

"Staff were missing most of the time. The pool was in bad condition, with live bugs in the water and dirty. The ice machine was broken, and the food (yogurt) and other things in the refrigerator were expired. The room was also not in very good Condition. The only good thing was the view (Mountains)"
