"Thanks to receptionist Luis and team for arranging our airport transfer within three hours of arrival. The driver was clear in his instructions on where to meet and knew exactly where to take us when the reception to the hotel was closed. "We had a great time at Immerso. It’s situated high up in a valley overlooking the ocean. Beautiful views and beautiful grounds. They greeted us with a complimentary glass of wine to go with the stunning sunset, was a nice touch. Food was great, one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had, fresh vegetables and produce. "We love this place, all was perfect, kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast and supper had many choices. We really liked the location! The only negative review I have was the sofa bed no comfortable. However, we will definitely come back but without a sofa bed option."

"It was small and overall nice but the room I got was right across from the reception area which I wasn’t a fan of. Also, no shower. Got a bathtub and not even a partition covering the bathtub. Was happy I was only staying for one night cuz I couldn’t shower in front of my son lol overall it was not bad if not considering the shower issue"
