Great little hotel

What a great hotel...rooms and linen were clean and soft. The check in ladies(Young women were sweet and accomodating. Breakfast was one of the best we had in portugal!

Good value hotel in heart of Ericeira

Generally good service throughout our stay. Clean comfortable room with adequate breakfast provided. Only downside was the severe early morning noise ( 5am ) from the towns refuse collection lorries emptying large containers in the nearby square.

Good stay in charming Ericeria

The town is very charming, the room was clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed and nice atmosphere. The breakfast was disappointing, so we went to eat someplace else in the town.

Only stayed here for a night and wish I stayed longer. Booked the premium corner room and it had the most beautiful view of the sunset out two sides. Decor was super cute, comfortable and all the ladies working at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Wonderful vibe and experience amazing value for money!

Ericeira is an elongated city on the coast. The WoT is central, next to all city amenities/services and close to major roadways. Staff is very welcoming. À few minor items in the room needed fixing which is indication of poor maintenance, but I say again minor things.

Based on the excellent reviews, was surprised how shabby this establishment was. Very basic, although clean in certain aspects. The wardrobe space had mould on the wall, was apprehensive of leaving suitcase there incase of everything smelling if damp. Wi-Fi appauling, on a positive breakfast was good. All in all this was just not for me

Nice room, bad service, no parking

Nice hotel but serious issues with service. The location is great and the rooms are a good size, but that’s where the positives end. We booked this hotel because it advertised parking, but upon arrival, the receptionist was surprised—we were told there is no parking at all and had to find street parking ourselves. WiFi was another letdown. We were given passwords for three different networks, none of which worked in our room. Breakfast was disappointing. Although it’s supposed to start at 8, at 8:30 many items were still missing, and they were just starting to prepare the eggs. Staff (4–5 people) were very noisy in the kitchen and kept coming out to take food and plates, clearly eating their own breakfast during service. Another issue: we went to the beach at 9:00 and came back at 20:00, only to find our used towels had been taken but not replaced. When I asked for clean ones, I was told they were still in the dryer and to wait about 20 minutes. The hotel has potential, but the service is unprofessional and poorly organized. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Thanks to receptionist Luis and team for arranging our airport transfer within three hours of arrival. The driver was clear in his instructions on where to meet and knew exactly where to take us when the reception to the hotel was closed. Luis was waiting for us at 12:45am when he didn't have to; the reception closes at midnight. It took a lot of stress away when we landed into Lisbon at midnight.
