"My first time staying at the W in Hollywood. What an absolute treat. From the moment you walk in the lobby has a great layout. Very open and pleasing on the eyes. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and made me feel excited that I had chosen to stay here. The room was a perfect size, had a Bluetooth speaker as well which was a nice touch. "Loved this hotel!!! So neat and clean!! Affordable and everyone was so polite and helpful. Pool was clean and refreshing. And our room was amazing. Just what i wanted with the view of the Hollywood sign from our room!! My new favorite hotel ever!!!!!"

"The hotel is so conveniently close to landmarks in hollywood. It’s literally off the freeway too so you cannot miss it it’s right on the exit. The cleanliness was perfect bed was soft and nice, the staff friendly and hospitable. The only suggestion I have is the upstairs ice machine should have an ice scoop holder on the side or top of the machine since you should never lay the ice scoop in the machine due to germs on the handle. "Never stayed at a hostel before. The Normandie hostel is new, clean and the beds are great with so much privacy. Plus they’re virtual check in is a breeze with fast responses."

"Great location but in a residential area so you will get dogs barking, odd party, car horns, does get quiet around 10 though. We had large sitting room/kitchen, tv should be larger for such a large room. Basic but functional furniture and beds. Shower had poor pressure but ok. Air con control looks like digital clock on the wall, front door is electronic, you need to touch the Yale symbol for the numbers to appear, lock the same way, some doors had instructions, some did not.
