"Shared bathroom means you could be waiting a while to use it. At time of my bathroom was occupied for almost an hour by 2 women in other room so you can be in trouble if you urgently need to use toilet as there are no other options, at least none I was made aware of. Also the place can be very noisy. Room was adjoining front entrance and you could hear people coming and going."

"The property has no front desk, but staff replied quickly to text messages and were very helpful and friendly. There is no lift, so getting to the property requires one to climb many 50 stairs, which is a concern if one has heavy luggage, one is tired or one has even the slightest mobility issue. Then, it was good and the appartement is new but lot of things need to be improved : - AC remote control was broken so 30degrees with 4 kids is acceptable - broken shower (no pressure and leak) - no coffee pods or tea sachet for breakfast - broken ustensile - extra cost of 90€ for cleaning for 1 night "

"Loved this place but wish I had known it was 97 steps up a narrow staircase with no lift. Being on my own trying to get my suitcase up was a nightmare on an extremely hot day. Would be nice if someone actually greeted you to help at the property on arrival. Other than that I had the best time here. "

"Excellent hotel! Perfect location, right in the heart of Genoa, staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely and clean with all amenities you would need. We also used the pool and that was absolutely lovely after a long hike through Genoa mountains. Would definitely stay again, thank you to all the reception and housekeeping staff members!"
